Coach Clavon

As a personal trainer with several years of experience, Clavon has worked with all fitness levels, from beginners as young as middle school to NFL athletes. He understands the importance of staying strong and being well-conditioned, as he incorporates cardiovascular and resistance training in his programming. Through experience and his fitness journey, he has learned to work around injuries, and accommodate clients to be sure they get the most out of every exercise.

Not only does Clavon work with lifestyle clients, but he also works with athletes looking to enhance their strength, power, speed, and explosiveness for their sports.
